Tiffany also became the fittest woman in the United States when she earned the prestigious title of Ms. Fitness USA in her thirties.
Tiffany is a Summa Cum Laude 4.0 graduate with a Bachelors of Science Degree from University of California, Santa Barbara with numerous Personal Training, Group Fitness training certifications and has a Certified Sports Performance Nutrition degree. She has been a full time Nutrition, Training and Fitness Coach for the past 23 years. Tiffany has been producing fitness events promoting healthy living and fit lifestyles through her Transformation competitions in Colorado and California! Her next event is on March 9, 2026 in Denver, Colorado at the 2026 Superbody™ Natural Championships & Colorado Superbody™ Pro-Am Weekend ! Tiffany is a former NFL Denver Broncos Back-to-Back Superbowl Cheerleader and holds the Ms. Fitness USA title (Fox Net Sports). She was the first all natural Figure Universe Professional athlete in the state of Colorado starting back in 2013!
